Teresa and Michael Simpson

Hello, my name is Teresa and along with my husband of 40 years, Michael Simpson, we opened the Northwest Valley office of our Visiting Angels franchise in May of 2008 and haven’t looked back.  During our 40 plus years of marriage Michael and I have always had our own business and at this point in our lives we really wanted to do something that was more of a ministry than a job and that is exactly what Visiting Angels has been for us.  Each day has brought challenges and opportunities that have surprised and humbled us.  Being a part of the “I want to stay home instead of moving to a facility” solution for so many families has been such a blessing; a ministry of comfort to the families who are trying to juggle every day activities while caring for their parent or loved one.  And we are actually one of you.  We care for my mother in our home, so we understand the demands it makes on the family dynamics.  And though my mother is still very independent many of what were her “activities of daily living” have now become our responsibility.

When Michael and I first decided to become a part of the home care industry we knew we wanted to be associated with the best of best in the field.  We knew that you would have many companies to choose from so we were looking for the franchise that was always striving to provide the kind of service and peace of mind that would satisfy even the most particular of clients. . . and that is why we decided upon Visiting Angels.  Visiting Angels believes in building business by building relationships.  By creating great relationships between ourselves, the caregivers, you and your families and all of the supporting groups that make your life run just a little smoother each day, we help fulfill the dreams of our founders.  Visiting Angels, building business one relationship at a time.
